Shirley Ann Meister

Shirley Ann Meister (née: Wells) passed away peacefully at 1:38pm on 10/20/2021, surrounded by family and friends at Evelyn’s House. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Jerry Meister and her sweet sister Candace Wells-Wittler. She is lovingly remembered by her sister Debbie and husband Bruce and neice Missy. Neice Jenni and partner Michelle. Sister Dawn and husband Keith and neice Crystal and partner Josh and many other cousins, family, and friends who’ve become family. Shirley was a very kind and sweet soul. She loved to eat, one of her favorite places was Catfish Kettle in Farmington, MO. She loved to have a good time, it didn’t matter if it was just visiting or target shooting, or going to the Fox. She enjoyed everything she did. All she needed was laughter to have a good time. She was a dog lover and has had 3 very special dogs, Jo Jo, Mollie, and Clover with Mollie being the favorite of course. Clover is with family (Claire Bear)and that is what helped her cross over to the other side, knowing that her mean rotten baby would have a great home. Shirley was very smart, she had enough college credits to get a couple of degrees but never in just one area … lol. She worked for BJC for 45 years in Human Resources, very reliable and faithful to her job. We will have a Celebration of Life at a later date to honor Shirley.
