Susan Shogren passed away from lymphoma on December 31st, 2023, surrounded by her children. Susan was a beloved wife to the late Robert Shogren and is survived by her children, Mindy Stone and Aaron Fagerstrom, son-in-law Jeremy, and granddaughter Rose.

Susan was raised in Kansas City and later moved to St. Louis where she raised her two children and developed a successful career as a sales rep.  She was a loving and deeply devoted mother, and will be missed dearly.  Susan remarried in 1995 to Bob Shogren.  they were a perfect match with their zest for life, love of traveling, and the value they placed on friendship.  “Shogie” shared his love of golf with Susan, which became a great hobby for her.  Susan was also a talented bridge player, voracious reader, and a wonderful grandma.

All who knew Susan speak of how sweet, kind, and thoughtful she was.  She lit up a room with her joy for life and generous spirit. A celebration of her life will be held at Bellerive Country Club on 1/28/24 from 1:00-4:00.  Donations in her honor may be made to the Diabetes Research Institute (diabetesresearch.org)
