Suzan Louise Hellige passed away on Thursday, June 29th, 2023, as a result multiple medical conditions.

She was born to Georgina and Clarence Kosht of Ashland, Ohio on April 8, 1953. Suzan attended Ontario High School in Mansfield, Ohio, and upon her graduation, attended University of Iowa where she majored in English and History Education.

Suzan is survived by her son, William Lee Hellige, as well as her brother, George Kosht, (Elsa), in Mansfield, Ohio.  She also had a host of friends throughout her lifetime while living in the St. Louis area, as well as many who lived out of town with whom she kept close contact over the years. 

Suzan enjoyed participating in the Daughters of American Revolution and Civil War Reenactment events and creating beautiful crafts for fall and Christmas festivals, as well as other special occasions.

Suzan held various positions with responsibilities in sales, marketing, buying, and management in various companies.

There will be a brief family and friend gathering at St. Louis Cremation, St. Peters, located at, 320 Jungermann Road, St. Peters, MO 63376, on Thursday, July 20th, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm.
