Thomas, Marie Elaine (nee Satterfield), 73, of Marthasville, MO, passed away on July 20,2022.
Marie was married to Michael Thomas on June 8, 1967 they were married for 42 years.
Marie is survived by her daughter Michelle (Don) Schill, her daughter in law Michelle Thomas, her 5 grandsons Michael (Lauren), Brandon (Lauren), Nathan (Aubrey), Jonathon, Brett and her only granddaughter Brittney, 6 great grandsons Carson, Brady, Easton, Elyott, Nolan, and Camden.
Dear sister of Pat (Harold) Gramm, Pamela Fann, and Cathy (Syl) Wiegman. Dear niece of Charlotte (T-Cal) Mendoza.
Marie was also a dear aunt, friend and neighbor to many and she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
She is preceded in death by her husband Michael J. Thomas Sr., her son Michael J. Thomas Jr., her parents Harold and Geneva Satterfield, and her brother Larry D. Satterfield.
A service will be held at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery, 2900 Sheridan Rd. ,St. Louis, MO 63125 at 10:45 am on August 1st, 2022 . They ask that we arrive at the gate by 10:30am.
We will be having a visitation/luncheon following the service at Gettemeier’s, 269 Salt Lick Rd, St. Peters, MO., 63376. Light appetizers will be provided. Everyone is welcome.

I loved and love this sweet woman dearly. She was like a sister. She is now one of my Angels . She will be in my thoughts every day and forever. May God bless her and her family. I will see her again someday.

I can’t express my sorrow for the loss of a fine woman. I haven’t seen Marie in a few years. But will have fond memories of her and Mike and the many good times and laugh we had together.

Marie was a very special person when I was growing up with her sister Pam.She always try to keep us out of trouble. Her parents were my adopted ones. Thank you for always being there. Prayers go out to your family.
