Twyla Freshwater (Talbert) passed away August 6 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by husband Charles, son Christopher (Sheila), and daughter Jill (Laura). Twyla is survived by daughters Amy Freshwater (Dennis), Polly Freshwater, Sally Hall (Matthew) and Susan Hayes (Bob). She will be lovingly remembered by 16 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. Twyla was a wonderful Mom, Wife, Grandma, Mother in Law and Friend.. She loved eating out, reading, spending time with family, sewing , line dancing, listening to KMOX radio and Cardinal baseball. And she loved caring for her parade of cats through the years…Twyla loved life and lived each day with joy. May light eternal shine upon her! Twyla’s life will be celebrated Sat Aug 24; 11:00am at First Presbyterian Church of Kirkwood…visitation at 10 am. In lieu of flowers donations to the APA adoption center.
