Vincent (Vince) Eric Shinn, 61, of Pacific, Missouri, passed away on May 17, 2022, in Eureka, Missouri. 

Vince was born on December 22, 1960, to the late Darrell and Edna (Vincent) Shinn in Farmington, Missouri.  He grew up in Eureka and is an author, an Eagle Scout, a former Lions Club member, and is a long-standing member and former officer of the Eureka-Pacific Elks Lodge 2644. Vince was blessed with a loving family.  He married his high school sweetheart, Donna Marie (Soetebier) Shinn on November 5, 1983, and had two beautiful daughters.

He is survived by his wife, Donna, his daughters, Kendra (Shinn) Patterson (son-in-law Drew Patterson) and Krista (Shinn) Cross (son-in-law Joseph Cross); grandchildren Frankie and Ian Patterson and Jackson and Macy Cross; his brother Ronald Shinn (sister-in-law Suzann (Meek) Shinn); his Aunt Pauline Harrington; and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and in-laws.   

Visitation will be from 4-5pm on Monday, May 23, 2022, at The River (Methodist Church) at 215 N. Central Ave., Eureka, Missouri.  Service will start at 5pm with reception following until 9pm at the Eureka Pacific Elks Lodge #2644, 19 West 1^st Street, Eureka, Missouri.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in honor of Vince E.
