Ethel Evelyn May Schepers (Nee O’Sullivan) of Fenton, Mo. passed away on July 2nd, 2021 at home with loved ones by her side. She was 96 years old. Ethel was born in Paddington N.S.W. Australia on April 23rd, 1925 to Edward and Ida. She married her husband Charles Bernard Schepers in 1945 who preceded her in death in 1987. The couple shared 10 children.

Ethel faithfully served in the Australian Women’s Land Army. She came to the United States in 1946 as a WWII war bride. She was a proud member of The War Brides Association. She enjoyed gardening, quilting, and taking photos.

She is survived by her sisters Noreen and Ida; her 3 sons, Charles Jr., Kevin, John and his wife Carol; her 2 daughters Marjorie and Kathleen; grandchildren Teri, Angela, Ricky, Heather, Ryan, Connie, Jacqueline, John II, Michael, Ashley, Michelle, Kevin Jr., Sophia and Celeste; as well as 23 great grandchildren. She loved her family deeply.
