Denise DeNatale
On Wednesday, October 27, our dear friend Denise DeNatale passed away from complications from Covid-19 related-pneumonia.
Denise was fully vaccinated and took every precaution to avoid this horrible virus.
She was hospitalized on October 1 at SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital in St. Charles, MO where she battled hard to regain her health for almost a month.
Denise was born in St. Louis on June 5, 1953 to Frank and Janis (Rankin) DeNatale. She was their only child.
Denise had a variety of jobs over her lifetime from airport security, print and copy manager at The Sporting News and most recently, cashier at Harvester Schnucks.
Anyone that knew Denise knew she loved her pigs. Her collection was vast and she delighted in each new pig she added.
She also loved her cats, Loki and Lil’ Bits, and they loved her. They would each try to sit on her lap every chance they had.
Her body was cremated, per her wishes, by St. Louis Cremation.
A celebration of her life will be held in the Spring of 2022. No details have been finalized yet.
A GoFundMe has been set-up to help with her funeral costs. The link is https://gofund.me/e89d24a8.
Denise was our fun, funny, kind, thoughtful, generous, sweet, hard-working, loving friend. Truly her friends were her family and we were blessed having her in our lives.
