My Father was the man that I looked up to everyday of my life. He was the one that would let me and my twin brother hold his finger so not to get lost because his hand was too hot. He was the one who taught us how to build balsa wood airplanes, helped us work on our Go-Kart, build pine wood derby cars, go on camp-outs, hold my hand when I got stitches and spent hours and hours watching our football practices and games. He made all of the holidays fun and set an example for me to live up to. He helped teach us things we didn’t know and learn on our own what he didn’t. He was always there when I was sick and he was there to wish me luck when I moved out to start my own family. He gave me the self confidence I needed to succeed and taught me patience to be a good father like he was. He was the best Dad we could ever ask for and I will miss him greatly. I love you Dad.

Mr Moore was an Army Vet who served with honor during Korea. My father was friends with Bill in elementary and Jr high and high school in Maplewood where they grew up. Bill and My father Ray Breckenridge met again much later in life and had a wonderful reunion. Keith and Kevin are lifetime friends when I was a policeman at Webster for many years. I enjoyed many ww2 reenactors events with all the Moores at JB. It was an honor to know a great family man who loved Jesus and his children and grandchildren. May the Lord bless the family Amen. My thoughts, and prayers go out to the Moore family. Mr. Moore has been my friend for so many years. He’d always greet me with a handshake, and a smiling face. He was fun to hang around with, whether it was those days when us guys would head back to the Moore house on our lunch break from school, or out on a camp out. I’ll miss him razzing me for being a “bum” because I moved to Kirkwood. Mr. Moore was just a really good man.

Bill and I were longtime friends from MU days. We and our wives shared many activities, starting with sharing baby sitting activities on University Hill. Those were great days!
