Bessie Inez Pullum was born March 15, 1947 in St. Louis, MO. She was the third oldest born to the union of the late Coy B. West and Althea Thomas West. One brother, one sister, and a son proceed her in death. 

Bessie Inez Pullum received her formal education from the Kinloch school District. 

She was employed by the Park Terrance Nursing Home for fifteen years where she retired in 2008. 

She was a faithful member of the Second Missionary Baptist Church until her health began to fail. She always remained prayerful and encouraged in her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. 

Mother Bessie Inez Pullum was promoted to Glory on March 12, 2022, at 8:40 pm. 

She leaves to cherish her loving and precious memories; one son, Tyrone (Alicia) West; two daughters, Regina West-Green (Ron), and Kimberly Heard (Arcullous); one sister Wanda West; two brothers Coy Lee West (Leviticus) Avery (Tony) West. Seventeen grandchildren and thirty-five great-grandchildren; a special Aunt, Annie West; Cousins, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
