Brandy Nichole Frank Melvin age 42 was a beloved Mother of 2, daughter, sister, niece, and cousin to many. She died on March 17, 2022 at BJCH St. Louis from irreparable brain damage received when hit as a pedestrian in a crosswalk on March 5th in Fairview Heights, IL. 

Brandy was born in Detroit, Michigan December 5, 1979 to Linda Parr Frank Mazur, and Robert C. Frank. 

She attended Lincoln Community High School in Lincoln, IL and later received her GED. 

She is survived by her 2 children, Dillon J. Reinneck, age 18, and Kaitlyn M. Reinneck, age 15, of Mascoutah, IL, her parents Linda M. Mazur (Bruce) of The Villages, FL, and Robert C. Frank (Cheryl) of Salt Lake City, UT, her sister Misty D. Hoffmann (Michael) of Mascoutah, Nephew Kristopher Lewis of Sheboygan, WI, and Jacob and Sara Reinneck of Mascoutah, IL, and many aunts, uncles and cousins 

Preceding her in death were her maternal grandparents Marvin and Drucilla Parr, and Paternal grandparents Fred and Wanda Frank, Uncles, Gayle Parr, and David Frank and one cousin Lee Parr. 

Brandy was happiest when she was worshiping God, with her children and assisting other people, especially those that are mentally and physically challenged. Brandy had a sweet spirit, and generous heart and will be greatly missed.
