Willie O. Jackson was born September 9, 1970 in Saint Louis, Missouri to the union of Dorothy and Willie T. Jackson. Willie was the youngest of three children: Sonia (Lisa) Taylor and Sheila J. Jackson.

He accepted the Lord Savior Jesus Christ at an early age.

Willie attended St. Louis Public Schools until he obtained his GED. He attended Truck Driving School and received his CDL license to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a dedicated truck driver. Willie loved his occupation as a devoted truck driver for over 20 years. Willie’s last employer was Alcatraz LLC.

Willie loved his family and friends, especially his mother who truly was his heart. He showed so much love for everyone he encountered. He enjoyed barbecuing, fishing, repairing cars, and traveling. He loved making people laugh and being the life of the party. He was a protector, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. To know Willie was to LOVE him.

Willie departed this life Friday, March 11, 2022. He is preceded in death by his father Willie T. Jackson.

He leaves to cherish his memory: his devoted mother Dorothy Jackson; one daughter, Mia Franks; three sons, Nicholas Mays, Avion Jesse and Jeremiah O. Jackson; two sisters, Sonia (Lisa) Taylor and Sheila J. Jackson; two nephews, Chris and Jamaal; three nieces, Daija (Tijuan), Kristen and Zharia; one great-nephew, Tahj; and a host of family and friends who will miss him dearly.
