Terry, 77, of Florissant, MO, passed away at Delmar Gardens North on April 10, 2022. Terry was born to the late John and Evelyn Neubeck (nee Conklin) on May 18, 1944, in Milwaukee, WI. He proudly served in the US Air Force straight out of high school.  During this time he met and married the love of his life, Ginny. He graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology in 1969 and received his Master’s degree from the University of Illinois Champaign in 1976. As an engineer, he worked at many places including Chanute Air Force Base, Nuclear Chicago, Ohio Medical, McDonnell Douglas and retired in 1995 from Boeing.

Terry continued to work and volunteer for many years after retirement following his passions. Terry enjoyed cooking for family and groups. After retirement he opened a mobile hot dog wagon so he could cook for one and all. Terry also never met a stranger and had a story (or three!) for every occasion. In his younger years he had an eye for photography and passed along that love to more than one person. Growing up he was confirmed in the Lutheran church and in these last years was an active member of First Christian Church in Florissant. He will be dearly missed by all.

Terry is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Virginia Neubeck (nee Flesner); daughters, Laura Barton and Dawn Charbonnier. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister, Nadine Anderson.
