Ruth Ann Phillips (nee Leach) born July 8, 1953 and passed on Apr 14, 2022. She is survived by her loving husband of 20 years Dennis Phillips, her children Patrick (Dawn) Phillips, Derek (Kelley) Phillips, Nicole Leach, Cory (Erick) Jones, her adoring grandchildren Kegan, Caragan, Kelby, Lennon, Sydney, Lincoln, Ava; her sisters Carol (Gary) Mantz, Sue McGowan; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. She was preceded in death by parents Bill and Gloria Leach, her sister Marla, and her brothers Billy and Ronnie.

Ruth was a proud Veteran of the US Air Force, and was a professional chef at a number of private clubs. She ended her working career at the Cahokia Police Department. She loved animals of all kinds. Especially her dog Rufus.

She will be missed by many especially Dennis, her daughters and her pet Rufus.

Her wishes were to be cremated, and rest at Jefferson Barracks Cemetery and not have any services.
