Tom is survived by his brother Patrick (Pam), nephews, great nephews, and his friends- Gene Tinnell, Angie Temple, Nicole Fitzwater and her 2 sons Bentley and Brantley, and Alyssa Suter. He was the son of his late parents, Don and Mary Howk. His 2 brothers, Mike and Dan, preceded him in death.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday 7/16 at 10:00am
