Julie C Roeper, 45, of St Charles, passed away on November 26, 2022 at St. Louis University Hospital. She was born on July 8, 1977 in St. Charles, Mo, the daughter of Elizabeth (McClure) Roeper and David Roeper. Julie was proceeded in death by her father, David Roeper, brother, Ricky Roeper, sister, Kimberly (Roeper) Lenceski, brother-in-law, Robert Lenceski, and sister Linda Roeper. She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Roeper, and siblings, Cindy (Dennis) Cook and David Roeper.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
