Elizabeth Kelley Westgate (Kelley)
Kelley Westgate passed away peacefully in her home at the age of 75 on April 11, 2023 in St. Charles, MO.
Kelley was a cherished mother of 2, grandmother of 2, and aunt of 4. She is preceded in death by her husband Rick Westgate, her parents Wayne and Lucille Ross, and siblings John Ross, Joan Pritchard, and Carolyn Deroy. She is survived by her two sons, Brian and Erik (Jana) Toth and two grandchildren Madison and Lucas Toth.
Kelley spent over a decade living in Concord, NH with her husband Rick. She worked for the New Hampshire State Police before retiring back to Missouri. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her two grandchildren, and her dog(s).
Kelley was a loving, caring, free spirit. She loved music and always danced like no one was watching. Her light will be missed by all that were lucky to know her.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 13th, from 2:00-5:00

RIP Aunt Kelley, I have so many good memories of you while I was growing up, you were always my favorite Aunt. I will miss you always.
Kelley, or Kellya, (as I always called her), was definitely a free spirit. She could tell a story like no other, leaving you laughing until you cried. She was a funny woman.
She and Rick are together once again.
