Bonita K. Bono
Bonita Kay Bono (Bonnie), passed away Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Born December 1, 1951 in Saint Louis, Missouri. Bonnie is the beloved wife of Frank Bono and was married on September 3, 1971.
She is survived by her husband Frank Bono, daughter Lisa Bono, son Ryan Bono, son in law Jeff Katzman, granddaughter Samana Katzman and her 8 year old golden retriever Beau.
Bonnie is the daughter of the late Fred and Alice Palardy. She is survived by her sister Janice (Clay) Slover, Mark (Linda) Palardy, and sisters of the late Mary (Dave) Keuss, late Teresa Palardy, late Kathy (Jack) Hipsher. Bonnie is survived by her brother and sister in laws: Kenneth (Diana), John (Kathleen), Joseph (Kathleen), and Michael (Leslie) Bono, late Raymond Bono and Eugene Bono.
Bonnie is an aunt and great aunt to many and leaves numerous cousins and friends.
Bonnie worked most of her life. Her last 27 years was with the United State Court of Appeals, and the family wishes to express their appreciation to all her colleagues for their kind support.
Bonnie loved deeply and joyfully. She loved to read. She loved Ireland, Captiva Island and the ocean, she loved the sun and warmth and kindness. She loved her family so very much. She gave her love selflessly and we are all better people because of her life and her love. She is a beautiful, gentle soul who will be in our hearts forever.
The funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday, April 26, 2023 at 11:00 a.m.

I remember Bonnie from St. Mary Magdalen grade school. She was friendly and a good classmate. It’s sad to see that she has passed.
