Rosalie Elizabeth (Parker) Sadowski passed away peacefully on November 27, 2022, with
her husband of 54 years by her side. She was born on October 11, 1948 to the late
William and Marie (Vitale) Parker in St. Louis, Missouri.
Rosalie is survived by her husband, James Sadowski; her two daughters, Sherri (Andy)
Karandzieff and Cynthia Sadowski; and her two granddaughters Madeline and Mackenzie
Wilson. She also leaves behind her sisters Patricia, Marie, Jacqueline, Lisa, and Louisa.
Rosalie was preceded in death by her younger sister Billie Brown.
Rosalie loved her family and her granddaughters fiercely. She loved the outdoors and
always loved to enjoy her coffee in the morning with her hummingbirds. Her
granddaughters grew up with many fond memories of camping and fishing with their Maw.
She leaves behind several recipes that we grew up loving. Her “Ro-Ro Burgers,” Christmas
Candy, Pepper Steak, and Cucumber Salad are just a few that have and will continue to
follow her generations.
There will be a memorial service for Rosalie at 11:00 am on Monday, June 5, 2023 at Holy
Trinity Church, 3519 North 14 th Street, St Louis, MO 63107. Immediately following we will
gather with family and friends to celebrate her life.
Her internment will be held privately at Jefferson Barracks on Monday, June 12,2023.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to American Cancer Society.
I remember a wonderful friend in grade school and high school. We had many adventures and good times together. I regret that as we got older, we lost touch, however we were able to reconnect last year. May you rest in peace dear friend
