Laura Luann Wessbecher, a beloved mother and daughter, passed away on May 18, 2023, at the age of 71. She was born on September 23, 1951, to the late Mildred and Thomas Hutson, and grew up with five siblings: Susan, Daniel, Michael, Ronald, and Mari.

Laura spent her career as a cook, working for the Sisters of Mercy and various restaurants and long-term care facilities in and around St. Louis. She retired a year ago due to health reasons. In her later years, Laura enjoyed reading, watching television, and playing the slots at the casino. She was known for her great sense of humor and her willingness to help others in need.

Laura joins her parents Mildred and Thomas, and her siblings Susan Wilson, Daniel Hutson, and Michael Hutson, as they have entered eternal rest. She is survived by her two children, Glenn Tindall and Danyelle Schuler, her grandchildren Natalie, Owen, Austin, Richie, Jr., and Kolten, her great-grandchildren Avery and Haizley, and her two surviving siblings, Ron and Mari.

Laura will be deeply missed by her family and friends, who will always remember her as a kind and caring person who brought joy to their lives.

There will be a Memorial Service during the month of June.
