Rothweiler, Stephen M., of Fenton, Missouri on Friday, June 16, 2023. Age 71.

Beloved husband of 31 years of Sally Rothweiler (nee Moore.) Dear son of the late Mareta Christ Rothweiler and the late William Judge Rothweiler. Dear brother of William Judge (Rick) Rothweiler (Judy,) M. Barbara Rothweiler and Mary R. Baxendale (Jim.)
Dear step-father of Sherry Cunningham (Bill) and Randall Thompson (Erin.) Dear step-grandfather of Abigail, Megan, Allison, Lauren, Adam and Logan.
Dear cousin, uncle, neighbor and friend.

Steve was raised in University City and attended Christ the King grade school. He was an alumnus of University City High School and the University of Missouri at St. Louis. He later attained two Master’s degrees from Webster University.
Steve became president of the former Sanford Brown College followed by executive positions with Professional Business Schools in St. Louis, Chicago, Savannah and Baton Rouge.
Funeral arrangements will be private.

    We spent many delightful times with Steve and Sally in Orange Beach, Alabama. He was a good friend. We will miss his sense of humor. Our condolences to Steve’s family.

    Oh, wow…so sorry to hear of this. Steve and I were best of friends all throughout grade school at Christ the King. Among our group of friends, his nickname was PAPA BEAR because he was SO much taller than the rest of us. Lost touch after high school, but still, sad news. My condolences to his family.

    I have often thought about Steve over the years, not knowing where he was or what he was doing. We were very close in and after high school. This is not the way I wanted to hear from him. Sorry for your loss, my heart goes out to all of you.
