James J. Haase
James J. Haase passed away peacefully on July 4th, 2023 after a 16 month long battle with cancer.
He is survived by his children Sarah E. Stanka, James N. Haase (Jamie Haase), Alexander J. Haase (Renee Haase); grandchildren Klayton Stanka, Gracie Haase, Emma Haase, and A.J. Haase; along with his siblings, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles L. Haase and Dorothy H. Haase, along with his sister-in-law Carol Haase.
James was born to Charles and Dorothy on November 18th, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri, the third of 6 children. He graduated from Assumption Catholic High School in 1971, and then moved onto a successful roofing career. James was a die-hard fan of the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues. He enjoyed playing golf and listening to music.
James was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. He will be missed.
To honor James’ wishes, there will be no funeral services.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests a donation to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude’s.
