James McCaul
James Patrick McCaul, age 54, of Ballwin, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 27, 2023 at his residence.
He was born July 29, 1969 to Jerry and Cheryl (Kraft) McCaul. His father preceded him in death and his mother survives in Monroe City, MO.
Jim is survived by his two sons, Blake Wellinghoff and Liam McCaul. His is also survived by sisters Kelly (Andy) North and Holly (Matt McNiff) McCaul; nieces Allison Bennett, Audrey and Elyse North; special friends Rick & Crystal Marina and Nea Lewis. Jim was a beloved nephew, cousin and friend.
He was preceded in death by sister, Susan McCaul; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Dorris Kraft and paternal grandparents, James and Bernice McCaul.
Jim was a kind-hearted, generous giant who always had a story to share. Weโll miss his sense of humor and his laugh.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, December 3 rd , 2023 2:00-6:00 p.m. at the PFEM Hall & Banquet Center, 115 McMenamy Rd., St. Peters.
Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donors choice.

So sorry to all loved ones. I met Jim at a homeless outreach on the near Northside downtown. He was kind and gentle with everyone, even those who were hard to love.

He will truly be missed!!!! A heart of gold. He should have been a stand up comic. He made everyone laugh!!! We knew each other many many years. We work together for a long period of time. Tons of great times and great memories. And some tough ones, here and there.. My condolences to everyone in the family. He will truly be missed. It is not gonna be the same not seeing him every day!!!
