Stephen Cassin Conard Sr. of St. Louis, MO, passed away on Thursday, November 23, 2023 at the age of 61.

Stephen was born in St. Louis, Missouri, to the late Robert Earl and the late Zenora Conard; beloved father of Aja M. Conard, Damien M. Conard and Stephen C. (Andrea) Conard II; cherished grandfather of Ari Conard, Avi Conard, Iyana Knox-Conard and Olivia Conard, and dear brother of Clayton, Clyde, Curtis, Delois and Sheila.

Stephen was also a loving uncle, cousin and friend to many and he will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Stephen attended O’Fallon Technical High School where he studied machine shop, then graduated in a class of 198. Following high school, Stephen enlisted and proudly served in the United States Army as a Private from 1982 – 1985. He enjoyed watching football, gardening, cooking and working with his hands, but above all of his interests and hobbies, Stephen mostly loved spending time with his family.

Visitation will be 10:00 – 11:30 AM, on Thursday, December 7, 2023 at St. Louis Cremation, 2135 Chouteau Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63103, with a prayer service to follow at 11:30 AM, and immediate departure to Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery for burial. Following the committal service at Jefferson Barracks, a repass will be held from 2:30 – 5:30 PM at The Agape Building, 10212 Halls Ferry Road, St. Louis, MO 63136.
