Dan was a great friend who all will miss. A loving Father, Husband and Grandfather, family was everything to him. We became fast friends as our territories were connected as reps for Henredon Furniture in the early 80″s. When Dan decide to leave Henredon in 1985 and to rep Kincaid Furniture it was he who suggested our two territories be combined, Henredon agreed and so it was. A career move that forever changed my life. During that transition Dan and Susan welcomed me to St.Louis with Cardinals Baseball, the Moonlight Ramble, Ted Drewes, the best hidden restaurants in the city and the neighborhood I now live in here in St.Louis. His jokes were the best and his love of Bluegrass was topped only for his love of Susan and Daniel. God bless you Dan and the life you lived!

Love and hugs to you.
Susan, Janet and I are so sorry for your loss and our prayers are with you and Daniel.
Dan and I met and became friends at HPU and have stayed in touch until his passing. We would meet once or twice a year on his furniture show trips back to NC where we would eat BBQ (Lexington) and catch up on family, talk basketball and other sports. His knowledge and memory were always sharp. He was one of the most interesting people to talk with on any subject. He was kind and giving by nature and I was very blessed to have had his friendship for these many years. I miss you old friend!
