After 70+ years of knowing this heartful and “funny “ man I will certainly miss him being a part of my life. May he Rest In Peace. And his piano playing, of course. Joan

Prayers and comfort for Jeannette and all who grieve at Ed’s passing. I enjoyed so much our visiting at Wayne and Rosemary’s house. Such funny stories Ed could spin
Rosemary & Wayne’s neighbors and friends for 40 plus years. Helen Hindman

We will miss our dear friend. We will miss the many trips and happy times. Our motto was “Eat, drink and laugh”
which is exactly what we did when we were together. We will even miss the German words he would somehow interject into every conversation. He made it known that he loved “The Fatherland” and, of course, his German beer.

Jeannette, the love of Ed’s life, is in good hands with the wonderful family he leaves behind. Prost!

So sorry for your loss. Always had a “smile” for everyone whether at Church, Fish Fry, School Picnics, The Pantry, etc. I remember the first day I was at the Pantry watching him “cut” the egg cartons in half, smiling with such precision. I knew he had to be a “patient” man when he opened the refrigerator and it was filled with half cut egg cartons!! Prayers for Ed, may he rest in peace, and your family. God bless you all!
