Nina Palmer
CELEBRATING THE LIFE OF
NINA PALMER
NOVEMBER 12, 1965-APRIL 10, 2024
REFLECTION OF LIFE
Nina Palmer was born November 12, 1965, in Saint Louis, Missouri, to the union of John P and Delores Moore (Davis). Nina was the third oldest of ten children. She was preceded by her father and her little brother Jason Moore.
Young Nina attended Beaumont High School in Saint Louis Missouri. As a youth, she attended Little Bethel C.O.G.I.C. She was baptized as an adult while living in Kansas City, Kansas.
On April 14 of 1986, Nina married Herbert Deen Palmer and they raised two children, Ashley, and Terry (TJ).
In her young adult years, Nina sacrificed most of her time to help raise her younger siblings. She enjoyed skating, making jewelry, listening to music, eating (lol) and spending quality time with her family.
She was passionate about her work with The Nehemiah Program where she dedicated her energy to helping women through homelessness and
drug addiction recovery.
Nina was a classy lady and loved to dress up from head to toe!
She battled cancer gracefully, but on April 10, 2024, at 12:32 am, God saw fit to release her from all pain and all suffering.
She leaves to cherish her memory: her loving mother, Delores Moore; children; Ashley Palmer Ray, and Terry J. Palmer (TJ); eight siblings, John P. Moore Jr (Sheila), Cornice Nunley (John), Daniel Moore (Tonya), Tonnette Sutton, Marshall Moore, Elizabeth Johnson (Mark), Michael Moore (Suzanne), and Bryant Moore (Lolitha); grandchildren, Amilia, Kendreth, Camari, Heiress, and Jarad; and a host of nieces and nephews, extended family, and friends.

FROM NINA
The Old Me Is Left Behind
For God has done more through my struggles than he has
ever done through my success.
My success is made from the ingredients of my struggles.
And you never know my success until you understand my
struggles, because my struggles are the pathway that led
me into my success.
