Marvin Davidson
Marvin Lewis Davidson passed away peacefully on April 25, 2024 at the age of 66. He was born on May 1, 1957 to Christine and LT Davidson in St. Louis, Missouri.
He was father to Chanel Davidson-Barth, and grandfather to Andrea Barth, Cheyenne Barth and Sasha Dorantes.
He leaves behind his mother, two sisters, a brother, four great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Marvin loved music. He studied music at Washington University and was an extremely talented guitar player with a special passion for classical music and classical guitar. He loved sports of all kinds and especially enjoyed watching the baseball Cardinals and the St. Louis Blues. He had many varied hobbies including playing amateur ice hockey as a younger man, body building, golfing, theater, reading and studying.
Marvin had several careers during his life but, by far, his favorite was as an over the road truck driver. He enjoyed traveling across the US and into Canada and Mexico. He particularly loved the ocean.
Marvin had a soft spot in is heart for his pets who he thought of as his children. During his life he had dogs, cats, birds, fish and even a snake.
Memorial contributions in Marvin’s honor may be made in his name to animal rescue and protection groups of your choosing.
