Brenda Lee Rogers (Goebel)

Brenda Rogers of O’Fallon, MO, passed away on March 29th 2024. Brenda was born in O’ Fallon, Missouri to Samuel Goebel and Juanita “Dukie” Goebel on September 18th, 1966. Brenda is preceded in death by both parents.

Brenda went to Fort Zumwalt High School and graduated in 1984. She worked at Verizon for 20+ years, and ended her career as a tax professional at The Old Tax House. She loved hockey. The St. Louis Blues and the Chicago Blackhawks. She loved her two cats Morrison and Hendrix. She loved steak, pasta, cheesecake, and chocolate. Brenda enjoyed spending her time in Gulf Shores, Alabama, and watching the medical shows and crime dramas.

Brenda is survived by her two children Anthony Rogers and Heather Rogers. Daughter in law Gabrielle Rogers. Her grandkids Mia and Nixon. Her sisters Sandi Goeke and Linda Hampton.

Brenda was generous and kind. She will be remembered for her awesome sense of humor and attitude.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at St. Andrews Cinema in St. Charles, Missouri, May 10th at 6pm.

    Brenda had such a quick wit that you had to be on your toes. When you were talking to her cause she would come back with some awesome comebacks. Always one of my favorites, miss her terribly. My prayers and thoughts are with you Anthony and Heather.

    Brenda was quick but kind. Being that I am from California, for a long time she called me when the tornado sirens would go off. We worked together at Verizon. She was a great mentor and there was no question too difficult for her. Prayers for her family.

    Brenda … where so I start.. we worked together, we were friends. Brenda was a fighter and she was proud.. She had a heart of gold. Prayers for family and friends. No more pain. Fly high Brenda, rest easy with Jesus.

    I worked with Brenda at Verzion, she was sweet, funny and a wonderful friend. Brenda will be truly missed. No more suffering, pain or tears. Rest peacefully in our Savior loving arms.
