June 28, 1982 – April 17, 2024 

Andrew “Drew” Paul Norwood died peacefully on April 17, 2024 after a brief serious illness. He is survived by his father Randy Norwood, stepmother Alison Norwood, brother Anthony Norwood, stepsister Jessica Yahl, ex wife Sherry Norwood and his son Desmond Norwood, age 9. He also leaves behind numerous extended family, Aunts, Uncles and cousins as well as many good friends. 

Drew enjoyed traveling and socializing with family and friends. He took pride in his career as an IT Specialist and excelled at it. Spending time with his son Desmond was very important to Drew, teaching him how things worked and playing computer games together. 

He is gone too soon, as was his mother, Patricia L Norwood 1-13-1959 to 7-4-2005 who preceded him in death. His loss is deeply felt by those left behind, and will forever be in our hearts. 

His passing gave the gift of life though organ and tissue donation so he lives on in others.
