Neal C. Taylor

Neal Christopher Taylor 59, died on May 8, 2024. Neal was born on September 28, 1964 in St. Louis, MO. He was the eleventh child born to Rusell A. Taylor and Pearl W. Taylor. He was preceded in death by both parents, his brother Dennis and sisters Brenda and Bernadette.

Neal is survived by his daughter Cortney Van Antwerp; grandsons: Elijah Poynter, Phoenix Henry; granddaughter: Eden Henry; brothers: David, Daniel, Bradley, Russell; sisters: Beverly, Bonita, Dianne, Tammy, Terry and their spouses. He was a beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Neal attended Hazelwood East High School and successfully completed Army Basic Training at Fort Jackson, South Carolina. He worked as a landscaper these past years. He enjoyed music, barbecues and family get togethers.

 

Private services to be held later in May for family and close friends.

    My father was a beautiful soul! He was passionate about music, and he loved his family very much. Im so lucky to have had a father that was so honest, and always reminded me how loved I was.

    Neal, you will be missed so much. All the times we spent hanging out in Spanish Lake at the Frazier’s house back in the day and all the times at my house in St Peters I will never forget. You are a true friend and I will never forget you. Ride high my Laker friend!!! Watch over us down here.
