David Alan Weitzel

David Alan Weitzel (70) passed away on May 26, 2024 with his loving family at his side. He was fortified with the Sacraments of Holy Mother Church. David was born November 7, 1953 to George Weitzel and Mary Louise Weitzel (nee Buschmann) in St. Louis, Missouri.

Beloved husband of Monica Weitzel (nee Cook), loving father of daughters Margaret Pitcher (nee Weitzel) and Liz Weitzel and dearest grandfather of Oliver Pitcher and Amelia Pitcher. Brother to Linda Chinnock (nee Weitzel) and predeceased sister, Diane Guthrie (Weitzel). Brother-in-law,  uncle and friend.

A Funeral mass will be celebrated Saturday, June 15, 2024 at 11am. Visitation preceding mass at 10:15am at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 2 Seton Court, St. Charles, MO 63303.

A lunch will immediately follow the mass in the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton’s Hall.
