Lytha Ellen Watt (Abernathy) was born April 28th 1961 in Dexter, Missouri and passed away May 29, 2024 in St. Louis, Missouri.

Ellen was the loving mother of Robert (Rebecca) Watt, dear sister of Ruby (Jeff) Abney, Bonnie Kelch, Johnnie W. Abernathy Jr., Walter (Erin) Schulthies Jr., dear aunt to 7 nieces, 8 nephews and great aunt to 22.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Hester, Schulthies Sr. and Johnnie W. Abernathy Sr.

Ellen, as her family and friends called her, battled cancer with the strength and determination of a warrior. She was a kind and generous person who lived her life as a free spirit with open arms to everyone. Ellen was deeply loved by family and friends. She will be missed by many.
