Joseph Raymond Beckmann, 84 of Potosi, Missouri, entered into eternal rest on June 11, 2024.

Born on October 8, 1939, in St. Louis, Missouri, he was husband to Patricia Susan (Cox) and loving father to Grace Maria, Brian Matthew (Heather Macarthur), Shawn Joseph, Michael Patrick (Tracie Allen), and Karen Michelle. He was also  grandfather to Megan (Scott Hussey), Brendan, Amanda, Carter and Ian, and great-grandfather to Jacob, Matthew, Tawny, Sawyer and Jovey.

Preceded in death by his mother, Jessie Mae (McGuire), his father, Raymond Joseph, brothers Leo Aloysius (Anita) and Robert Anthony; and sisters Mary Kathleen (Wood) and Barbara Ann (Sonny Cull).

Joseph is survived by his sisters Mary Martina (Bruce Henderson) & Rose Mary ‘Posie’ (Richard Guehne).

The visitation will start at 10 a.m. with a funeral mass at 11 a.m.

This will be followed by a graveside service at St. Columbkille Cemetery in Byrnesville, Missouri, and a luncheon at the church hall.
