Susan Jo (Schaefer) Boever born December 5, 1947, passed away peacefully at de Greeff Hospice House surrounded by family on June 4, 2024, at the age of 76.

She was preceded in death by her parents Edward and Lorraine (Fendler) Schaefer and her husband Leonard Boever whom she was married to for 44 years. She is survived by her children Leonard (Tracie) Boever, Jr. and Joseph Boever and grandchild Sydney Boever. She is survived by siblings John (Pat) Schaefer, Eddie (Pamela) Schaefer and Jean Cornforth. She will be lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Sue will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. She was a very kind and genuine person who saw the good in others. She loved to be in nature and enjoyed camping, fishing, gardening, feeding the birds, and caring for her many pets. She enjoyed celebrating happy events and spending time with family and friends.

A funeral service in Sue’s memory will be held on Monday, July 1st, 2024. Mass at 10:00 am at St. David Catholic Church, 2334 Tenbrook Rd., Arnold, MO 63010.

There will be a luncheon at the church following the service. All are welcome.
