Laura Elizabeth (Pfeiffer) Thomson, 62, died August 20, 2024, at her Ballwin, Missouri, home.

Laura was born on July 15, 1962, in St. Louis, Missouri, to Judith Wanda Lee (Luehrmann) Pfeiffer and Eugene Powell Pfeiffer.

Laura was an accomplished artist who shared her works with family, friends, and community. She loved traveling, both near and far, sharing a glass of wine, was a great cook, but most of all, loved her family, and cherished her children.

She is survived by her husband, Jeff; son and daughters, Robert, Amelia, Julia, and Rachel; father, Eugene Pfeiffer; siblings and their spouses, Gene “Jeep”, Tom, Erica, and Julie and Anthony Sodd; nephews and niece, Anthony, Will, Ben, and Elizabeth.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Wanda Pfeiffer.

Funeral services will take place at St. Clare of Assisi Catholic Church in Ellisville, Missouri, on Saturday, August 31 at 1 p.m. There will be a reception after the mass to celebrate Laura’s life. In lieu of flowers, please donate to the Siteman Cancer Center.
