Scott meant so much to me. Since I was really young, he helped train me at my job. Ironically enough, though I am right-handed, I make my pizzas left-handed from watching and learning from Scott. I was thinking about that today, though something small, and it truly touched my heart. I feel blessed to have known Scott, and am fortunate that there was someone so kind to teach me when I was first starting out. Though he is gone, he definitely will not be forgotten. I think of Scott fondly, and hope he rests in peace.
