Dearest Family: Charlie was the best man that my sister (Kathi) married. I can say that he made her feel wanted and loved. When Charlie and Kathi came back here to Richland in 2008 for Kathi’s 40th reunion he had a great time seeing where we grew up and I still live. He was there for Kathi’s diagnosis of Alsheimer’s and kept her at home for as long as possible. This is not an easy thing to do, but I loved him more for that. I wish that I could give each of you a hug to ease the pain of loss. Charlie is now with the Lord and is free of any pain. I take great faith in this. May God keep all of you in his arms and you know his love.

I am not physically able to travel long distances now. I miss everyone so much and wish I could see everyone once again.

All my love and god’s blessings. Ann Robbins. Sister to Kathi and sister-in- law to Charlie.
