Renda Lee Brockmeier
In Loving Memory of Renda Lee Brockmeier
12/27/50 – 11/28/24
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the unexpected passing of Renda Lee, a loving mother, devoted wife, and cherished friend, on Thanksgiving Day, 2024, at the age of 73. She was born on December 27, 1950, in Mountain Grove, Missouri, and named after her beloved grandmother, who played a pivotal role in shaping her life.
Renda was the embodiment of natural beauty—inside and out, though she never knew it. With a stunning smile that could light up any room, she carried herself with a humility that only added to her charm. Her free spirit and open heart made her a friend to all and a mother to many.
She brought light, love, and humor into the world, with a rare gift for making everyone she met feel valued and cherished. Her love for nature, her faith in God, and unwavering devotion to her children and grandchildren defined her life. If Renda loved you, you never doubted it—you felt it in her every word and action.
Her journey was not without challenges. Despite a difficult upbringing, she overcame unimaginable adversity to become the embodiment of grace, humility, compassion and grit. She never let her past define her, choosing instead to embrace the beauty in the world and spread kindness and love wherever she went.
For 17 years, Renda selflessly cared for her beloved husband, Walter, following his debilitating stroke. Her unwavering dedication and selflessness were a testament to her strength and the depth of her love.
Her life was a living example of kindness, resilience, faith and love. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered with love.
Lovingly remembered by: children Patrick Bloebaum (Christine), Lee English (Melony), Amy Mixen (Dave), Jessi Pashia (Brian); grandchildren Dennis Bloebaum, Patrick Bloebaum, Angel Cook (Ryan), Tyler Holiway (Michelle), Andrew Birks, Riley Holiway, Patrick English, Ethan English, Kylie Pashia, David Mixen; great grandchildren Parker Cook, Tennesse Bloebaum, Nicholas Holiway, Christopher Holiway; sister Ricky Crask; nieces Toni Steiner, Tammy Morris; nephew Travis Rader and countless friends whose lives she touched. She is preceded in death by Walter Brockmeier (husband) Gene Rader, Jr. (brother).
A celebration of Renda’s life will be held in the spring.
