In loving memory of Tracey Ellen Mathis, a beloved daughter, mother, sister and friend who peacefully passed away on December 5, 2024, in St. Louis MO, at the age of 58.

Tracey leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, survived by her mother Geneva (Easton) LaPlant and her husband William LaPlant, her father William Mathis, daughter Jessica Mathis, sister Karen (Mathis) Fitzgerald and her husband Patrick Fitzgerald, brothers William (Billy) LaPlant and Michael LaPlant.

Tracey found delight in her passion for soccer, coaching and all things sports.  Her infectious sense of humor and love for life was felt by all who knew her, brightening the lives of those fortunate enough to be touched by her presence. Tracey was deeply loved and will be profoundly missed by everyone that knew her.

Memorials may be made in Tracey’s name to Cancer Society of America.
