James Henry Fleming passed away at home surrounded by his family on December 2, 2024 at the age of 73. He was born in St. Louis, MO on May 7, 1951. Predeceased by his parents Charles and Helen Fleming. His brother Dennis Fleming and his dog Maddie Mae.

Survived by his loving wife Janis Fleming. Loving remembered by : Daughters Ashley Waltman and Spouse Blake, Jasmine Waltman. Grandchildren Sophia and Charles Machamer. Sisters Mary Henderson (Richard), Suzanne Busby, Madeleine Leonard, God Daughter Sara Evans. Sister in laws Janice J Fleming, Adatha Davis. Brother in Law Ronnie Tyree, Jim’s dog Sammy, and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

Jim served in the US Army and was a painter by trade most of his life. Jim loved the outdoors, bird watching, fishing, baseball, and barbecuing. He enjoyed working in the yard, spending time with his family and helping others.

A Memorial Service will be held on a later date.
