Robert A. Travers was born February 28, 1950, to parents Manuel Travers, Sr and Thomasina Travers in Bristol, Rhode Island. Both parents and his brother Manuel Travers preceded him in death.

Robert is survived by his son: Jason (Desirae) Travers; daughter: Harmony Travers Yochim; grandson: Scott Austin Yochim; twin sister: Linda (Ken) Wallace.

Robert enjoyed playing card, board and dice games including his all-time favorite game of Farkle, spending time with his family, listening to his favorite tunes and cooking copious amounts of food for all to enjoy. He loved a good buffet or an all you can eat crab leg night. He also enjoyed the outdoors and watching his favorite cooking or game shows. He was a devout Jehovah’s Witness. He had a big personality, a booming Italian Portuguese voice and a contagious laughter. No one would ever go hungry when he was around.

He will be missed, but never forgotten, as he will always be forever in our hearts. No flowers please.
