Wanda Julier
Wanda Faye Julier (nee Beckham), 86, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, January 4, 2025. She was born in Kirkwood, Missouri on January 10, 1938 and grew up in Des Peres. She attended Maplewood-Richmond Heights High School.
Wanda is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Marie (Hughes) Beckham; sister, Patsy Beckham; husband, Jack Julier; grandsons, Alexander Tredway and Christopher Purtle.
Wanda is lovingly remembered by her children, Danny Deutschmann (Jane), Kim Hulsey (Ed), David Deutschmann (Cindy), Jeff Deutschmann (Diane), Chris Tredway, and Jerry Tredway (Dulce); her step-children, Kim Felter(Richard), David Julier, and Chris Julier(Angie); her grandchildren, Cody Deutschmann, Tyler Deutschmann, Justin Deutschmann, Ashley Hahn (Sam), Jennifer Lehr, Drew Deutschmann, Mark Deutschmann, Kelsey Tredway, and Brandon Tredway; her step-grandchildren, Ryan Felter, Conner Felter, Sydney Julier, and Olivia Julier; her great-grandchildren, Alexis, Madison, Garrett, Mason, Molly, Jack, Maverick, and Ellie; and her lifelong friend, Bonnie Paglia.
Wanda worked and retired from Red Lobster. She was a Christian with a strong faith in God and was a member of Pathfinder Church. She enjoyed watching soap operas and was a devoted fan of General Hospital since 1963. She also enjoyed cooking, painting, doing cross-stitch and puzzles. She loved caring for her cats and spending time with her family and friends.
A celebration of Wanda’s life will be held on Saturday, March 22 from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. at Schroeder Park, in the Manchester Parks and Recreation building, 359 Old Meramec Station Road.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Animal House Cat Rescue and Adoption Center.
