James Robert Morton, 84, passed January 26, 2025.  He is survived by his life partner of 35+ years, Susan Tibbles; His daughters Lisa Scronce (Jason Mattox), Cindy (Jeff Kennamann) and Dina Erdmann (late Paule Mason); Grandchildren Nicole, Tony and Christopher; Great grandfather of Maple.

Cousin, friend and fishing buddy, he will be missed by many. Jim raced super stock cars in the NHRA across the country in the 60s and 70s. He started his own Contracting Company and was a master and specialty concrete finisher for sixty years. He also fished. A lot. Anywhere and everywhere. Every chance he had.
