In lieu of flowers please plant a tree, in his memory wherever you choose.

The family of Peter Vassas sends a special thank you to the staff at Clarendale St. Peters and the Solace Hospice team. Your kindness and love never went unnoticed. You were all part of his Missouri family and we sincerely thank you.

Peter left a big mark on earth. He was a loving husband, great father, fun grandfather and wonderful friend. He could have done stand-up comedy. The stories and jokes he told about life in the Marine Corps and working at the airport always had us in stitches. He always had on the radio tuned to Polka music. He loved to listen to and dance to it. One of my last memories of Pete was a photo os him & Donna dancing the Polka at an Octoberfest last year.
    Rest in peace my friend!
