Christopher Bruce Fox
August 4, 1951 – February 20, 2025
Christopher Bruce Fox passed away peacefully on February 20, 2025, at 7:05 PM at the age of 73. Born on August 4, 1951, in Middletown, CT, Christopher was a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend whose kindness and warmth will be deeply missed.
Chris spent his early years serving the United States in the Marine Corps and later retired as a taxi driver in St. Louis, Missouri. He had a deep love for learning, particularly about different religions and spiritual connections. He found meaning in collecting precious gems and crystals, understanding the power behind them, and sharing his knowledge with those around him.
A true collector—of foxes, in tribute to his name, and of memories—Chris cherished photography, enjoyed watching shows in different languages, and found joy in connecting with people from all walks of life. He was a loving, spiritual, and caring individual who gave as much as he could of what he had. His generosity, wisdom, and warmth will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
Christopher is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph R. Fox Sr. and Caroline Jeffers. He is lovingly remembered by his sons, Josh and John Cole; his grandchild, Parker Cole; his brothers, Joseph, Edward, and Ken Fox; and his sisters, Linda Fox and Catherine VanBlaricom.
Chris’s presence in the lives of his family and friends was a gift, and his memory will be cherished forever.

You said the most perfect words. Uncle Chris loved people. He never thought twice when I asked him to come DeSoto to teach Kat to drive. He came and did well. He did nearly give me a heart attack when he told me let her drive on highways! He was a great uncle and friend. I will miss him dearly!
