St Louis Cremation Stephanie Hall

Stephanie Hall

Stephanie Ann Hall

It is with deepest regret to announce the passing of Stephanie A Hall. Stephanie peacefully transitioned from this life on February 15, 2025, at 12:27am at Mercy Hospital with her sister Jennifer by her side.

Stephanie was born in St. Louis, Missouri on June 17, 1959, and leaves behind her sister Jennifer Chambers, two brothers, Darryl Hall and Geoffrey Chambers, two sisters-in-law Veronica Chambers and Sharon Hall of Lafayette LA, two nieces, Tiffany Hall and Destinye Hall, two nephews, Mikhail Chambers and Ryan Harris, four aunts, Barbara King, Christine Bishop, Irene Hall and Minnie Hall and one uncle Jerry Hall and her lifelong best friend Mary Phillips and a host of cousins and friends.

Her mother Claretha Chambers (nee: Hall), her stepfather Jerome Chambers and her older brother Larry Hall proceeded her in death.

Stephanie had few passions and playing cards, Thai food, fishing, and Motown music were the big ones.

Stephanie was a licensed mortician for many years and received her funeral director license in 1985 at the age of 24, the youngest in the state of Missouri at the time. She worked at Cunningham and Moore Funeral Home in St. Louis, MO, before heading to St Louis University Medical School where she worked for 30 years until her retirement as the chief embalmer for the Gift Body Donor program.

In life we loved you dearly, in death we love you still. In our hearts you hold a place, No one else will every fill.

Stephanie touched so many lives in the very best way. My children growing up knowing her and her family. I am so grateful to have had the chance to know her as both a good neighbor and a friend. Until we come together again. ❤️
    Our deepest condolences
