Bell, William C. (Bill), 11/18/1945-2/11/2011. He is survived by his wife and best friend, Peggy, and his daughters, Lisa, Tina, and Holly and 9 grandchildren – Amber, Ali, Nic, Kat, Belle, Jared, Drake, Ryan, and Brady. Preceeded in death by his father, Eldered Bell and two grandchildren, Gabriel and Gabriella. Survived by his mother Irene E. Bell and his siblings, E.N. (Ed)Bell Jr, John Bell, and Irene (Ellen) Morton. Private memorial service was held February 16,2011  at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 17 Ann Avenue, Valley Park, MO. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the National MS Society or the Trisomy 18 Foundation.
