Daniel (Dan) Joseph Kelley passed away peacefully at Mercy St. Louis hospital on March 02, 2025, at the age of 57 surrounded by his wife and son. Dan was born on April 14, 1967.

He is survived by his wife Anna (Guerriero) Kelley, and son Anthony Kelley, sisters Christine Garofalo and Mary Silva, his nieces and nephews Peter Garofalo, Jeffrey Garofalo, Kayla Garofalo, Michael Silva, Kristina Guerriero and Katie (Guerriero) Kowalsky.  Also, he was survived by a brother from another mother and best friend Brian Guiry. He is preceded in death by his parents Albina (Tina) and Kenneth Kelley.

Dan cared deeply for and was extremely proud of his son, who he fondly called Bud.  Some of his best memories included watching Anthony become an Eagle Scout, graduating from college and his journey in a successful career in hospitality management.  Along with cherished memories of many trips to Disney World with his family and hanging out with his girl Minnie Mouse, trips to Chicago and Canada.

Dan loved gardening and growing his own plants ;). He was the biggest wise ass you would ever meet.

Dan was proud to be a Boy Scout and even more proud to be a Cub Scout and Boy Scout leader. Helping his son, Anthony, become an Eagle Scout during his time in Scouts and becoming a role model to the boys in Scouting gave him great pleasure and pride. Dan loved camping, hiking, sitting by an open fire and teaching Scouts.

Dan was a proud dog and cat Dad to Trixie, Bella, Tink, Buster, Sammie, Mannie and Papa to Grizzly.  He enjoyed in his spare time chasing the dogs in the yard and playing laser lights with the cats.

There will be a celebration of life on April 13, 2025. More information to follow at a later date.

Dan will be truly missed.
