Daniel J. Regan

It with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Daniel Regan, who passed away peacefully on 4/10/25 at age 78. Daniel was born on 12/8/46 to Daniel and Mary Regan in St. Louis, MO. His zest for life and great wit will be deeply missed by his family and friends. Daniel is survived by his wife Judith (nee Rekart), his daughter Katie (Thomas) Saeger, son Dan (Kira) Regan, and grandchildren Jack & Sophie Saeger. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend to many. A visitation and memorial mass will be held at a later date.
I enjoyed the family gatherings when Danny was around and I was able to be “part of the family” sort of. I remember him letting the dog lick his popsicle which grossed us all out! He would laugh and say that the dog had fewer germs in his mouth than humans do. I remember really wondering if he was kidding or if it was true. I also remember he always had a smile on his face when he and Judy would come over. Prayers for you all!
